I have also felt that one of the simplest weight loss ideas was “Don’t drink your calories”. By switching to water and green tea you could save hundreds of calories a day…and that adds up to pounds at the end of the month, just by drinking the right liquids.

This is definitely a great piece of advice, Tony. Pounds can almost melt away for people who have been drinking even 1 or 2 caloric beverages everyday!

Its pretty simple when you think about it. 2 cans of soda are about 300 calories. Over the course of the month that’s almost 10,000 calories! And that equals 3 pounds of fat.

Yup! And since beverage calories almost never provide the beneficial nutrients that whole foods do, it’s the perfect place to cut. Thanks for your thoughts, Tony.
