Homemade Rainbow Sprinkles

I cannot hide my love of rainbow sprinkles.  When I think about what’s in the commercial kind I’m disgusted, but unfortunately this never changes my rainbow sprinkle-eating behavior.  Though I know they’re essentially little logs of trans fat, artificial colors, and wax, I still rarely eat ice cream without them.

So, when I came across these homemade rainbow sprinkles, I almost leaped from my chair.  I haven’t tried the recipe yet, but it’s 100% natural and looks pretty easy.  I’m hoping I can now have my sprinkles and eat them to!
