It’s the middle of February, and I don’t know about you, but I’m craving a little taste of summer!
So when Earthbound Farm recently asked me to create a few recipes using their plump & juicy frozen blueberries, I jumped at the opportunity.
With just one quick whirl of the blender, I made a versatile blueberry puree that can be used for:
