3 Snacks To Make For New Year’s Day

All my husband can talk about is the football games he’s going to watch on New Year’s Day. All I can talk about are the snacks I’m going to make while he’s watching. Let’s hope the kids cooperate with our big plans 😉

Here are the three things I can’t wait to make!

road trip snacks

Honey Coconut Almonds. I’ve been dreaming of these all season but haven’t had the chance to make them yet. They’re the perfect sweet and crunchy treat.

avocado dip recipe

Roasted Garlic and Basil Avocado Dip. Though it looks the same, I promise this dip is different from guacamole. It’s a creamy, garlicky dip with a deep and robust flavor you won’t be able to get enough of. Just keep your toothbrush nearby!

apple nachos

Apple Nachos. For some reason when I eat these nachos I feel like I’m being healthy, even though they’re doused with caramel sauce 😉 At least I’m getting plenty of fruit plus some nuts and Greek yogurt, right? They’re a definite favorite around our house.

Hope you’ve been enjoying this holiday week!

What will you be feasting on this New Year’s Day?

My husband loves anything Mexican, he’ll probably love your avocado dip. We’ll likely be having a low key New Years Day, so I’m not sure what I’ll be making yet, its been a busy few weeks with all the holiday festivities!

This would be perfect for Super Bowl, too!
