On chilly weekend mornings I often wake up craving pumpkin bread or muffins. There’s something so warming about pumpkin in baked goods, and they’re pretty quick to make up.
One recent Sunday I came up with these (recipe is on the Kitchen Aid blog along with my Easy Fall Brunch ideas). They were the best I’ve made, if I do say so myself. Tyler put it perfectly when he said, “I think these are the first healthy baked good you’ve made that doesn’t taste healthy.” Ha! Leave it to the husbands to be brutally honest.
