This colorful, crunchy, satisfying flatbread recipe is ready in minutes and can be easily altered to suit your family's tastes!
Ingredients
Store-bought flatbread, Naan, or thick pita bread
Your favorite hummus (I like Sabra's Kalamata olive and Cilantro JalapeƱo)
Shredded carrots (rainbow if you can find them)
Thinly sliced cucumbers
Thinly sliced radishes
Chopped green onions
Feta cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
Toast or bake the flatbread (or whichever type of bread you're using) until it's slightly crunchy and stiff enough to hold toppings, like a cooked pizza dough would be.
Liberally spread hummus all over the flatbread.
Top the hummus with layers of the sliced and shredded veggies.
