Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin pie, in frozen treat format!
Serves: 1 serving
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt (I used Stonyfield)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 pitted dates
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more ice if you like a thicker consistency.
