Herbed Greek Yogurt Dip
Serves: 6 appetizer servings
- 1 6-oz container plain Greek yogurt, low-fat or nonfat
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 small handful basil leaves, rough chopped
- 1 small handful Italian parsley leaves, rough chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp salt
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with veggie crudite, pita bread, baguette slices, etc.
Also works great as a sandwich spread or salad dressing (add a little water and/or vinegar & olive oil to turn into a dressing).
