Whenever the seasons change, I get (overly) excited to create new recipes with a new group of ingredients and flavors. (As you may have noticed, given the Fall Fruit Madness that’s been occurring here on the blog over the last few weeks).
But I just can’t help myself. There are just too many delicious things you can do with pumpkin, squash, and apples!
Lately, every time I go to make something, I feel compelled to add a little pumpkin puree and see what happens 🙂
Thus this Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie was born.
I’ve made pumpkin smoothies in the past, but I think this version is the best yet.
Enjoy!
