Are you trying out a new diet, in the hopes that this one will be the one that solves your weight struggles forever? If so, make sure your diet doesn’t have any of these six components, or you could be putting yourself in harm’s way. Many diets are just a way for the creator/author to make money, and don’t offer sound nutrition advice that’s backed by real science. Weight loss — especially weight loss that you can maintain — is a long, challenging process that requires many small lifestyle changes which add up over time. If your diet claims to have a solution that’s much easier than that, its probably a hoax.
