My friends and readers frequently ask me for shopping lists, so I thought I’d put together a list of what I’m loving at Trader Joe’s right now. This list often changes, since TJ’s is always changing their stock and adding new fun items, but at the moment these are my staples. I’ll update my TJ’s finds on occasion to reflect new discoveries, and I’d love to hear what Trader Joe’s items you can’t live without too!

June 8, 2015 at 7:37 pmThank you for creating this list! I am moving soon to Austin, TX and they have a Trader Joe’s there! Which I am SUPER excited about considering I come from Arkansas which has no TJ’s….I cannot wait!

June 10, 2015 at 11:06 amWe don’t have a Trader Joe’s too awfully close, but whenever I see one, I stop! I always get the roasted coconut chips, sunbutter, tempeh, and occassionally the whole grain cinnamon raisin English muffins.
Thanks for the shopping inspiration.

June 10, 2015 at 5:59 pmLove this! I am always rushing when I go to TJ’s so end up sticking to my usual list of go-to products, so I’m excited to look for some of these. I’ve heard those chocolate almonds are amazing. Need to try them! And how cool they started making frozen cauliflower rice!

June 11, 2015 at 10:23 amThe cauliflower rice is so great! I hadn’t tried anything like it or made my own before, so it’s fun to have such a convenient option for so many different potential uses.

June 17, 2015 at 3:37 amTry the shaved Brussels sprouts sautéed in a little ghee or butter with a touch of salt. Top with a generous sprinkle of truffle salt and a fried egg or two. SO good!
