Here’s what Lucy’s been eating lately…

Ham & cream cheese sandwich (Fork in the Road Ham!), Stonyfield yogurt pouch, grapes, strawberries.

Cream cheese sandwich on a cranberry orange roll, purple carrots, watermelon, pistachios, popcorn.

Lentils (cooked with veggies), rice, yellow peppers & tomatoes, string cheese, homemade apple-plum sauce, cantaloupe.

Annie’s Mac & Cheese, cherry tomatoes, boiled egg, watermelon.

Almond butter sandwich on cranberry orange bread, cantaloupe, figs, golden tomatoes (from our plant!).

Annie’s Mac & Cheese, Stonyfield yogurt, mini apple, grapes, sunflower seed/almond/raisin mix.

Whole wheat pancakes (with maple syrup & butter), watermelon, boiled egg, homemade applesauce.

    Great ideas! Did you make the cranberry orange rolls? If not, where can you buy them? They look good and nice and petite for mini hands!

    Your daughter is so cute! I love the picture with her little hand in it. These lunches have such great variety, I love it! Does she normally eat all of it?

    So sweet, thank you! I’d say she eats what I pack 80% of the time. If anything comes back, it’s usually the vegetables 🙂 I find it’s much easier to get her to eat veggies at dinnertime when I can serve them before I serve the rest of the meal (when she’s hungriest)…so I don’t worry much about her veggie consumption at lunch.

    The mini rolls are kind of like little flatbreads. I bought them at Whole Foods and I think the brand is Ozery Bakery. They are the perfect size for kids, and a good small snack for adults!
