It’s that time of year again: fig season! Here are some incredibly quick and delicious ways to eat fresh figs.
Grilled Figs with Mascarpone cheese and honey. Quickly grilled with a schmear of mascarpone cheese and a drizzle of honey.
Figs with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto. 3 ingredients on a platter = the perfect appetizer.
Greek yogurt with granola and fresh figs. Simply layer plain yogurt, your favorite granola, and sliced fresh figs.
Baked Fig crostini. Baguette, goat cheese, and fresh figs – all warmed in the oven.
Fresh Fig Canapes. Goat cheese on fresh figs with pistachios and honey.
